Reversing my own symptoms of PCOS through Nutritional Therapy is what led me to leave a 20+ year corporate role to retrain as a Nutritionist and dedicate my life to helping other women with PCOS gain control of their symptoms!
At age 22, I had gained nearly 3 stone in weight in a year, developed unwanted facial hair, had my hair on my head falling out, and felt so lacking in energy and low, I didn’t know what to do with myself. A diagnosis of PCOS followed, but I was told just to go on the Pill and come back when I wanted to have a baby. A familiar story! After two pregnancies with gestational diabetes, I was increasingly worried for my health. But seeing a Nutritional Therapist changed all that and, through specific diet and lifestyle changes, I managed to reverse my symptoms and take control of my life. I have never felt better!
The approach I take with my clients is all about education and support. I help women with PCOS understand their condition, so together we can work out what’s right for them to get the results they want. We ladies with PCOS can often feel that our bodies have turned against us - and this is where the support comes in. I’m with my clients every step of the way to help them address their relationship with food and start to love their bodies again.
My journey into nutrition began after being wiped out in my corporate career and later being diagnosed with M.E. and SIBO. Rather than simply monitoring symptoms, I wanted to understand why these conditions developed, what was driving them, and how I could take back control through diet and lifestyle. That curiosity led me to retrain in functional medicine as a Nutritional Therapist at BCNH, graduating with distinction.
Living with a lifelong condition and a genetic predisposition to autoimmune disease has shown me first-hand how important it is to look beneath the surface. I am passionate about working with women who are dealing with chronic health issues - from PCOS to autoimmune conditions and digestive problems - and who often feel they are not fully heard in conventional healthcare.
My approach is rooted in uncovering the underlying causes, providing clear and personalised strategies, and supporting women in making sustainable changes that bring lasting improvements in health and quality of life.

Food has shaped my life since the age of 12, when I experienced a severe restrictive eating disorder. Over the years, I have lived through both restriction and chaotic bulimic patterns, and through this journey I have developed a fascination with the body’s remarkable ability to heal.
Today, my passion lies in supporting women to build a kinder, healthier relationship with food at every stage of life. I have completed extensive training, including NTEC-certified Nutrition for Eating Disorders with Emma Hendricks at The Eating Clinic, a Master Practitioner Diploma from the National Centre of Eating Disorders, and the NTEC-certified Systems Approach to Cancer with integrative oncologist Dr Nina Fuller-Shavel.
I continue to deepen my expertise through ongoing mentorship with both Emma Hendricks and Dr Fuller-Shavel. I am also a registered yoga teacher and have had a deep personal daily practice of both yoga and mindfulness for the past 30 years.
I'm a registered nutritionist and health coach specialising in women’s health and hormonal balance.
I’m passionate about helping women cut through the confusing noise around nutrition and wellness to find personalised solutions that actually work for them. We work together to integrate these changes into daily life for the long term. My approach is holistic – considering your lifestyle, mental wellbeing, and diet – to help you feel energised, balanced, and in control of your health
